Logos, Trademarks and Guidelines

As you would expect, we protect our logo from being used incorrectly or inappropriately (where it suggests an unofficial endorsement or a commercial relationship). The following information should help you to use the logo correctly. If you do not have permission to use the logo please use the Contact Us form.

You do not need to seek permission if:

You already have written permission. You are a journalist, media outlet or blog using the logo for editorial purposes EyA, EyA Envision, EyA Incubator, EyA Evolve and EyA Learning Centre logos are the trademark of Universal Asset Sciences Ltd, for the benefit of The UAS and EyA group of companies.

The logo pack contains the following versions:

EPS (SPOT Color) EPS (CMYK) EPS (White)

Versions For Web

SVG, PNG, JPEG (RGB) SVG, PNG (White) (Various sizes)

Format and Color Usage

The use of the logo with any color, or orientation other than as shown in the examples below is not permitted, without prior written consent.

Further Guidance

Do not alter or deform the shape of the logo in any way.

Do not replace the logotype with a different typeface.

Do not imitate any element of the logo.

Do not use the logo or logotype as an element in titles, headlines or text.

Do not place type near to the logo that could be viewed as part of the logo.

Do not use the logo in any orientation other than horizontally.

Do not use or register the logo (or any part of it) as part of another trademark, logo or name.

Do only use the logo where the article is in relation to EYA and that the article itself is not defamatory in anyway

Any and all goodwill arising from use of the logo inures exclusively to its copyright holder.


The Copyright holder reserves the sole right to alter or refuse any permission to any third party to use the EyA and UAS logos if such use does not comply with these guidelines.
